FleetCommander allows your drivers to make vehicle requests, check request status, run a limited number of reports, and even enter mileage for assigned vehicles. When it comes to maintenance, FleetCommander will automatically notify your staff when preventive maintenance tasks are due or near due. The maintenance staff can easily send email notifications to a user or multiple users associated with the vehicle to remind them of the required maintenance. The work order function permits the staff to instantly pull in contact information for the person or department that owns the vehicle or is responsible for the vehicle. All this without leaving the work order screen.
