Jen Pearson

Jen Pearson is an accomplished fleet management and client success executive with more than a decade of experience in customer engagement, business development, and enterprise account leadership. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University. Jen has held various roles at major fleet organizations, including Merchants Fleet Management and LeasePlan USA, where she led a 120-member client experience team supporting Fortune 50/100/500 clients and drove significant improvements in customer satisfaction and fleet performance. Most recently, she served in an executive role at HopDrive, where she contributed to business development, strategic partnerships, and customer retention during a period of rapid company growth. She is a Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) and an active contributor to the fleet community. Jen serves on the boards of the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA) and The Hourglass Foundation, leads the AFLA Women in Fleet Mentorship Program, and is a frequent panelist and moderator at industry conferences.
