Command is heading west in 2026! Join us in Glendale, Arizona from November 3–5, 2026 for our annual user conference—bringing together fleet professionals, innovators, and industry leaders for three days of connection, learning, and forward-thinking strategy.

Hosted in partnership with CAP-AZ, this year’s conference promises to deliver even more opportunities to collaborate with peers, exchange ideas, and explore the future of fleet management together.

Call for Speakers

Feedback gathered through post-conference surveys shows that our attendees find insights gained through first-hand client experiences are among the most valuable parts of Command. This year, we're building in more opportunities for FleetCommander users to tell their stories, share tips and lessons learned, and to contextualize their use of the FleetCommander platform among like-minded peers.  We invite our attendees to submit presentation topics in any of the following areas or to offer suggestions for topics they'd like to add to our agenda.

Command 2026 Registration

To register for Command 2026, please complete the form below. Please select your preferred method of payment and the Agile Fleet team will reach out to you to process your registration.

Our early-bird registration fee is $595 per attendee through August 31st, 2026. This fee includes all meals and program content as outlined in our agenda. Regular registration will begin on September 1st, 2026 at $695.

Travel and accommodation fees, including airport transfers, are the responsibility of the attendee.

Please complete a separate registration form for each attendee.  Attendees will be invoiced for the conference registration fee.

Event Cancellation and Refund Policy:  In the event of a cancellation of the Agile Fleet Command Software User Conference registration, registration fees are non-refundable within 30 days prior to the event date.

Hotel Accommodations

This year's conference hotel will be The Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel and Conference Center, where a preferred rate has been negotiated. The conference will be held at the hotel. Agile Fleet has secured a room block, and you can make your reservations below.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is located approximately 23 miles from the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel and Conference Center. The airport is a major hub, served by Delta, American, United, Southwest, and many other airlines. Ground transportation is available via Uber, Lyft, and taxi.
