Agile Fleet Announces Winners of Core Values Awards for 2024

The winners of the Agile Fleet Core Values Awards for 2024 are:

Strong Partnerships: Billy Meade and Cameron Berger, Cornell University. Billy and Cameron demonstrate not only a desire to achieve operational excellence on behalf of Cornell University’s fleet, but their insights have enhanced the FleetCommander application, benefiting the entire Agile Fleet user community. Their dedication to building strong partnerships fosters meaningful collaborative relationships and sets new standards across the fleet management industry.

Initiative: Giovanni Rodriguez, UCLA. Giovanni’s proactive approach and willingness to take charge have been vital in expanding the possibilities of the FleetCommander application. His out-of-the-box thinking has led to creative solutions and impactful results at UCLA, showcasing the power of initiative in delivering innovative fleet management outcomes.

Approachability: Jim Montgomery (Retired), Wake Forest University. Jim’s warmth and openness have made him a trusted colleague and mentor. Even in retirement, his approachable nature has left a lasting impression on Wake Forest’s fleet community, fostering an environment of collaboration and inclusivity. Jim’s legacy of kindness and guidance continues to influence and inspire his peers.

Integrity: Central Arizona Project. The team at Central Arizona Project has demonstrated unwavering integrity, consistently holding themselves to the highest ethical standards. Their culture of teamwork, transparency, and fairness has built a foundation of trust with team members, clients, and partners. Their exemplary commitment to integrity makes them a deserving recipient of this award.

Flexibility: Mike Heath, Salt River Project (SRP). Mike’s ability to pivot and adapt in the face of evolving circumstances has been essential to the continued success at Salt River Project. His enthusiasm for embracing change has set a new standard for agility and innovation in fleet management and has played a vital role in maintaining operational excellence at SRP.
