Agile Fleet Partners with NAFA to Present Two New Fleet Webinars
Presentations focus on reducing fleet costs and making the business case for sharing vehicles
CHANTILLY, VA, JULY 8, 2021 -- Agile Fleet has partnered with NAFA Fleet Management Association (NAFA) to present two all-new webinars in 2021. The webinars, Reducing Fleet Costs in a COVID-19 World: Right-Sizing Strategies for Success takes place on Wednesday, July 28, and Making a Business Case for Motor Pool: Strategies for a Smooth Launch and Pitfalls to Avoid, takes place on September 29.

This webinar will offer strategies for reducing monthly fixed costs and alternatives to utilizing assigned vehicles.
Making a Business Case for Motor Pool: Strategies for a Smooth Launch and Pitfalls to Avoid (to be held Wednesday, September 29) walks through the steps to make a compelling business case for sharing vehicles (including calculating and communicating anticipated savings), explains how to get buy-in from key stakeholders, and highlights what to consider when evaluating a motor pool solution. Also included will be little-known roadblocks to anticipate and avoid when preparing your business case.
