FleetCommander User Conference 2023

What’s new this year?

You spoke, we listened.
This year, we have some exciting additions to our agenda:

• Half-day Customer Advisory Board in advance of the conference.
• An optional half-day training session designed for new FleetCommander users hosted in advance of the conference.
• Expanded networking and peer-to-peer learning opportunities throughout the event.
• A focused two-day format.
• Industry-specific learning tracks for higher-ed and commercial/government attendees.
• A welcome reception with a T-Shirt swap among our conference participants. (Please bring a T-shirt representing your organization for the swap.)
  
  

Agenda

This year’s conference will be held Tuesday, September 26^th through Thursday, September 28^th.
The afternoon sessions on Tuesday, September 26th will be optional for conference participants, who may register for FleetCommander New User Training or the Customer Advisory Board tracks.

Space for participation is limited.

We recommend that all conference participants arrive prior to 6:00 PM for our Tuesday evening reception, dinner, and T-shirt swap.

Hotel

The conference hotel will be the Hilton Downtown Knoxville, where a preferred rate has been negotiated. The hotel is located directly across the street from the conference facility. Agile Fleet has secured a room block, and you can make your reservations here.

Arriving in Knoxville

Knoxville’s McGhee Tyson Airport is situated just 14 miles from the UT Conference Center and is served by United, American, Delta, Allegiant, and Frontier Airlines. Ground transportation is available via Uber, Lyft, and taxi.
